OUR SERVICES

Our therapists work with children from 2-18 years old. We can provide formal and informal Speech Pathology assessments for the areas of:

  • Receptive language

  • Expressive language

  • Articulation (speech sounds)

  • Social skills/pragmatic language

  • Literacy (reading, writing, spelling)

  • Autism diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R)

These assessments will then guide the need for intervention and ongoing therapy services, as we create goals with a client focused and evidence based approach to target in therapy.

Assessments can also be completed for funding or school application purposes.

GROUP THERAPY SERVICES

We also offer social groups that run during school terms and also, during the school holidays.

Our next holiday groups are on the 7-10th of April 2025.

These groups specifically target social interactions and special interests, in a small group environment with 3-8 children, 2 Speech Pathologists and an Allied Health Assistant.

Keep an eye out for our group program flyers that will be offered throughout the year, or contact the clinic to be added to the expression of interest waitlist.

TELEHEALTH

Services can be adapted to successfully continue via Telehealth with various clients of all ages. It is also used for family sessions, prior to beginning initial assessments with the child, to firstly meet your therapist, discuss goals, and gather case history information. Telehealth enables our clients to continue to work on their goals with greater flexibility and accessibility for all families. Telehealth is also the best way to ensure safety from illness for all our therapists, clients and families, when it is not possible to attend a face-to-face session.

Following your first face-to-face assessment, Telehealth is always an ongoing option for therapy.

Please speak to your therapist in your first assessment session about your preferences.
