NDIS FUNDING
NDIS Self & Plan Managed Participants
We can service all NDIS self managed and plan managed clients. We are not NDIS registered, so unfortunately, we are unable to see NDIS registered participants.
As part of your initial assessment, we will complete an online NDIS service agreement so please ensure to have your NDIS plan with you, as well as, your plan manager's details (if applicable). We also will complete NDIS review reports based on your child's progress and continued areas of difficulty prior to your NDIS review meeting.
We offer services based on the current NDIS hourly price guide.

60 minute assessment sessions (please note, some clients may need multiple assessment sessions depending on how many assessments are required)

Report writing (per hour required)

45 minute individual therapy sessions with 15 minutes for notes/admin (1 hour charge)

35 minute individual therapy sessions with 10 minutes for notes/admin (45 minute charge)

60 and 90 minute group therapy sessions
Please note, for self managed clients, sessions will need to be paid on the day of the appointment at the clinic or, they can be processed by reception with securely stored credit card details.
MEDICARE
Private Clients
Clients are eligible for 5 rebated Medicare sessions for Speech Pathology with a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan from their GP.
These plans last 12 months and the date of the plan must be prior to your child's first therapy session. Your child is eligible for a CDM plan once a year, however, these 5 sessions are across many allied health services. Please speak to your GP for more information to find out if your child is eligible.

Private Clients
Clients may also use private health insurance if they have Speech Pathology extras as part of their policy.
Please check your policy or contact your private health insurance company for more information about your cover.
Please note, clients must use either private health OR Medicare to pay for sessions. These cannot be used in combination to pay for one session.
